Hi everyone. I'm looking for the wiring diagrams for a 2005 mercury mountaineer premier. I'm installing a Python 1401 remote start and using a PKFM xpresskit. does anyone have any opinions about this remote start? also, is there a way to program the python remote to control the existing keyless entry. i want to keep the oem keyless entry and not have to carry around two remotes. if not, i guess i will just carry around two remotes, o well.
thanks

The door locks are also at the CSM module...You do currently have 2 ign keys? There is not to many connections on the bypass, but using a d2d (does the 1401 have data plug)will further reduce w2w connections. Either way...it is not bad

i think i found my answer, the expresskit comes with a 10 pin and 4 pin harness, so i believe that the 4 pin harness is the d2d cable.

The cable comes w/ the bypass...And even if not... it is only a few more wires...If the 1401 if the same as the 1400 then yes door locks will work fine
