Lets start with is the radio OEM or aftermarket??? And if you can locate and pull the radio fuse does the issue seem to subside???

what do you mean by hear it? Do you hear a hum or actual stations? Is the sound coming from all the speakers or only the rear ones? Did the vehicle come with the OEM premium system? If your answer is yes and sound is coming from rear, the mostly cause would be the stock amp is being powered when the ignition is off. At the headunit there is either a light GREEN/ red or BROWN / black for remote turn on. Make sure this wire is not powered when the vehicle is off. If not additional troubleshooting is required.
Which fuse are you pulling? The headunit is fuse 20 and the amp is fuse 1.

All circuits should be verified with a digital multi-meter prior to making any connections.

I think the solution to your problem could be to figure out if that vehicle has a factory amplifier... find it... and disable it. There is no way that three radios could have the exact same problem. That would have thrown up a red flag for me after the first radio swap. There is a gremlin in that truck somewhere and from what you described there is a good chance its the factory amp. Disabling it might involve running new wire from the headunit to whatever speakers that this amp was powering. Good luck!
