Go to pepboys or autozone, see if they have a Haynes manual already out of the plastic for your car, hurry up and look it up in the wire schematics.   So you don't the; don't look, buy it speech...
If you can't find it, there will be a fuse or fuel pump relay, for the pump somewhere. You can make an extension circuit from the relay and put your cut-out circuit in.
Look in your owners manual for the fuel pump relay.

Do not go buy a manual. We can help you with the info. I will not help you kill fuel, but I can help you disable the starter, which is the only safe way to disable the car.
Is it push to start?

For reliability and liability reasons, never disable fuel or ignition. Starter kill is the only safe way. If you disable starter and there is a problem with the install, the car will simply not start. If you disable fuel or ignition, and there is a problem with the install, the vehicle could be left powerless just after pulling out in front of a fast moving vehicle.
