hey guys having problem 2012 traverse not cranking put a 9.6k resistor on the starter white wire and still don't crank is there something im diund wrong help please

It's a little more than just the one resistor.  Does your ignition wiring set-up look like DEI TechTip 1605 that is included in this

No resistor needed when using the Fortin EVO-ALL.  Flash the EVO-ALL with the correct / recommended firmware version and
follow the Connection 6 install diagram.
Soldering is fun!
