04 impala viper 5301 / dball

I need some help with my install. I have everything hooked up and I can not get the Dball to program to the car. I am running D2D. I have flashed the Dball and still no luck. Just get a solid red light never changes. Tried the reset method and still solid red? Here is what I have
Viper door lock harness (green) - lock output to Dball 10 harness Green
Viper door lock harness (blue) - unlock to Dball 10 harness blue
Viper H1 (blue) to Dball 10 harness red white
Viper H2 (dark blue) status out put to Dball 10 harness blue/white
Viper H1 (green) - door trigger to Dball 12 GREEN / WHITE
Viper H1 (green) - door trigger to Dball 12 RED / black
Viper H2 (violet/white) tach input to Dball 12 violet/white
Viper H1 12v
Viper H1 ground
Viper H3 (orange) accessory to Orange at ignition harness
Viper H1 (white) parking lights not hooked up
Viper H3 (violet) starter to yellow at ignition harness
Viper H3 (red) ignition output to pink at ignition harness
Viper H3 (RED / white) ignition output 2 to green at ignition harness
Viper H2 (grey) hood input not hooked up
Viper H2 (brown) brake input to white at brake pedal
Dball
14 (red) to 12v
14 (black) ground
14 (violet / YELLOW) to to pin 2 in bcm purple
Please let me know if you see something wrong. I cant figure it out. I would love to get this car back together.

The way I read the DB-ALL install guide for D2D on your car the only hard wire you need is the Pin 2 of the 14 Pin harness to the OBD Connector and your D2D harness.
Hopefully you didn't smoke it with two 12 volt sources to the DB-ALL.

Sorry miss typed the first post. It is wired W2W. No D2D cable is hooked up. Cant figure out what is going on with this. Everything seems to be correct? Still can not get the D-ball to program. Tried the firmware again and still nothing. Ordered another D-ball just in case there is an issue with this one. Any suggestions.
