Hi
I have 2008 Nissan GT-R. I think the amplifier is blown out. Cannot hear anything from the speakers. Can a aftermarket amplifier be installed? I am planning to buy a four channel amp. I guess the car has 6 speakers but I am not sure if all in run through the amp. Would appreciate if anyone could guide me on this with color codes etc. Thanks

I only show info for a 2009+ Model. Obviously space is at a premium so consider that when selecting an amplifier.
Here are the notes I show for a 2009
Left Front
The speaker wires are red - green at the amplifier under driver seat, white 10 pin plug, pins 8 and 7 (base audio), or brown 14 pin plug, pins 1 and 10 (BOSE audio). The tweeter wires are gray - orange at the amplifier, brown 14 pin plug, pins 5 and 4 (BOSE audio).
Right Front
The speaker wires are yellow - lt. green at the amplifier under driver seat, white 10 pin plug, pins 8 and 7 (base audio), or brown 14 pin plug, pins 2 and 3 (BOSE audio). The tweeter wires are lt. blue - brown at the amplifier, brown 14 pin plug, pins 8 and 13 (BOSE audio).
Left Rear
The speaker wires are blue - white at the amplifier under driver seat, white 10 pin plug, pins 4 and 3 (base audio), or purple - lt. green in the brown 14 pin plug, pins 6 and 7 (BOSE audio).
Right Rear
The speaker wires are lt. green - orange at the amplifier under driver seat, white 10 pin plug, pins 4 and 3 (base audio), or brown 23 pin plug, pins 23 and 13 (BOSE audio).
Center Channel (if equipped)
+ purple - - white (BOSE audio)
Sub Woofer (if equipped)
+ pink - - lt. blue (BOSE audio)
