Installed a backup Camera on a 2014 Dart with Rear View Mirror Monitor.

First used Echomaster mirror and when ignition is turned on only,video shows but if vehicle is started,no video.

Also tried a Gentex mirror and same issue-used reverse wire WHITE/ lt green from rear lights and also tried from BCM no difference.

Finally used a cheaper mirror monitor and this time monitor works on start but thin lines running on screen like a feedback.

Any ideas?? Thanks

Have you verified voltage with a meter?

Yes its around 12.40 voltage

where did you get your ign source?

where is your ground?

Instead of ignition had to use accessory from acc outlet and body ground.

Vehicle has factory auto start so ignition 1 couldnt be used due to feedback
