soldering assembly services

Not sure if this would be considered off topic, but hoping some of you can point me the right direction. I have a simple product that I've prototyped and need short run assembly services to make 500-1000 units. The work is very simple and consists of soldering 4 joints of 8 wires, heat shrinking the joint. I've googled for companies that would do such a thing, but have come up empty. I've found a bunch of PCB printing companies, etc.. but nothing as simple as manpower to assemble these units. Any ideas of where I could find this?   It would be great if they were in the states, but outside might work as well.
