test it, both give 12v, so the 3 pin connector works just fine. i am going crazy, i don't know what to do, please i need some ideas?

Test the wires given in the instructions by grounding each in turn, see if that locks and unlocks the car.

if you mean car wires, i did that, it's normally lock and unlock the car. this what i did ( to test the green and blue wires ), i disconnect the the 3 pin connector from viper, and hooked up the blue and green wires to car wires ( Yellow and green ), and used light tester and ground each wire, it's lock and unlock the car, ( the wires Green and blue ) without cut in it.

Plug it back in to the viper and it will do the same thing (work).

You've tested the vehicle wires as correct, you've tested the lock/unlock outputs as correct, you've joined together don't work, what does that tell you?
