Vss - Violet (pin 2 at skid control module under driver dash.)
so i hooked up the "Vss" wire which supposedly is the Violet wire at p
in 2 a the Skid control module.....not sure if this is correct. I found this info from another thread.
I am still getting the Speed Pulse Disconnected error message on the nav screen which is blocking the top section of the map. Is there a way to get that error message off?
Or is there another VSS wire in the vehicle i can tap into? Has anyone ran into this issue?

Speed Sense YELLOW (+) AT ECM MODULE BEHIND GLOVEBOX   pin 17. Use a volt meter to check it. It will increase in voltage as you speed up. Some meters will read it as DC voltage, other meters will read as AC voltage.

Yes. But as stated earlier, use a meter to verify that it acts as it is supposed to.

So I found a yellow white in pin 17 on one of the plugs attached to the hybrid vehicle control unit behind the glove box(had about 5-6 plugs).....tested and it fluctuated with speed, but after driving above 5-10mph....the GPS marker jumps all over the place......not sure if I just connected the wrong wire, but anybody knows if I can just remove that speed pulse warnining without hooking up the vss wire.? Or another location?
It blocks the top portion of the map so I can't see the street name and direction..any help would be greatly appreciated.
