Hi, I added the Autopage AC 78 window module to my 05 Neon SRT 4 with the Excalibur AL 1851 with the Idatalink ADS ALSL CH4 bypass. The windows roll up and down fine, and the 3rd channel works as well. However, when I arm the alarm, the windows do not roll up. I have the gwa wire diode isolated with 1N4001s with the bands towards the RS. I checked the wire and it does not read 12 V and does not ground when armed. Could it be the diodes are facing incorrectly or I need bigger diodes?

Are you sure you have the right wire? Ensure the alarm isn't in valet mode. Diode should have the band toward the RS. If the only thing on the GWA is the window module you can omit the diode.

According to the manual, the orange wire in the 18 pin harness is the -500mA output that is used for the starter kill relay. Diodes with band towards RS.

Is this a new unit, new install? If so and you have the correct GWA (not GWR) and the unit's ground connection is good then I'd suspect a faulty unit.

The funny thing is when I set reservation mode, the windows roll up. The starter kill was working before I installed the window module and diodes.
