Has anyone ran into or has any suggestions in finding a safe 1 wire method in giving a BMW 3-Series, 6-Series or BMW 5-Series starter kill. Either at the Push-to-Start button or the BCM/ECM/Fuse box. Any one of these vehicles are recent models 2014 or 2013 with a Push-to-Start button system. Thank You!
Good Looking!

I forgot to mention, I cannot use resistors to get starter kill either. It has to be 1 wire that when cut, cuts off current to any circuit that starts the vehicle.

BLACK wire in main loom across front of car, top of carpet against bulkhead.
In answer to your next question RED / WHITE
And yes it was my first track + immobilise in a new 2 Series and it took me forever to find it.

Greetings howieII,
Thank you for the information above. Would you be a little more specific as to where the BLACK wire is located at (ex. Passenger side, Drivers side)and gauge and or pin information. Also, what is RED / White? is that a different wire that also gives starter interrupt?

Sorry but it was a right hand drive 2 Series I'm in England!
Methinks this will either be in left hand or right hand kickwell, about 12 gauge. Look for a processor box in the following order. Ignition button, ribbon cable into processor, CAS module then the output should have a black wire in its loom.
The RED / WHITE was the only constant (i.e. non dumping/time out after a few minutes) that stayed live. It's the heater blower feed.
Basic info for ALL current BMWs + Mini.
RED = Constant*
BLACK = Starter
Lt. GREEN = Ignition
VIOLET (PURPLE) = ACC
GREY = Lights WHITE and YELLOW Hi and Lo headlights
BROWN = Ground
*Some constants time out. Test after dome lights dim with door open, about 10 minutes.
Plain colours are not fused, secondaries denote fused circuits.
With the ground wires plain brown = direct to ground, brown with a secondary = switched ground, such as parking brake.
