i just have an avital5303 install at this 2013 nissan rougue but the owner keeps tell me the evertime he open the door the alarm goes off ,but for open the door after lock he needs to unlock and it should be ok after unlock means alarm its disarm good to go right ,? i don't understand cause i put the neg alarm wire on the dome light red wire on the drives pillar so please can a tech give me idea cause he says when he open or unlock it goes off ?and it takes forever to stop ,weird thanks

Factory alarm? Are you disarming the factory alarm?

its the aftermarket alarm the one he talking about,sound crazy but he is saying even when he don't lock to arm it goes off when the door its open thanks

You've set it for passive arming?

Pull the long-term event history and find out what's triggering the alarm.

As per my post earlier, my question was does the vehicle have a factory alarm? My guess is it does and it's what's going off.

sorry for delay to answer you back catback i was on vacation out the country , about that nissan rougue it was the guy fault he was unlocking using factory remote thank you for your help
