I don't have the issue with people and subs. If lighting is setting off your alarm just turn the shock sensor down.
But I rather have the issue of lighting and subs rather then pulling my 200 pound toolbox out of my truck every night.

Except unless you mounted the shock sensor right next to the toolbox it won't work.
Assuming toolbox is in rear cargo are, try banging on the tailgate.

And that's the catch 22, if you turn it down enough to not false trigger it's not sensitive enough to do much more than detect crashes.
Unless the toolbox was locked inside the vehicle or the vehicle was locked inside a garage I wouldn't leave a toolbox with valuable tools in the vehicle. I used to work out of my truck and kept two extension ladders on the ladder rack. I locked them to the ladder rack AND parked overnight where they were within my view. Much better than trusting an alarm where only an overly sensitive shock sensor would sense a quiet thief casually sliding/lifting an extension ladder or two off the back.

Probably better off with a rear located 508d or a glass break.

Best thing to do is to try and beat the security by pinching your own tools putting forth your best effort. It's the only way to properly evaluate a security system.

Been testing it for the past few days. Found no issues at all and its even been storming here so, no thunder is not setting it off.
The shock sensor is mounted under the middle row seats zip ties to the heated seat harness. The siren didn't work out well. The pulse just isn't long enough. I could install a time pulse relay but I was able to locate the factory keyless buzzer. I connected the green wire to this to add the warn away aka light shock feature.
Updated wire information for 504K install:
Yellow to Ignition (Wire must rest at ground)
Black to Ground
Red to 12 volts constant
Green to factory buzzer (If equipped and is optional)
Blue to Door Trigger (Can also use factory hood pin)
If you just want to install a 504D:
Black to Ignition (Wire must rest at ground)
Red to 12 volts constant
Green to factory buzzer (If equipped and is optional)
Blue to Door Trigger (Can also use factory hood pin)
