hello catback i found the problem ,everything on the install was fine ,the only thing causing me the car fail to start every first attempts was because every time start the module AL CA wasn't having enough time to make the cicle its mean the cranck time was too low, so the AL CA was releasing the brake before remote start cranck then i reprogram to 2.0 cranck time and checking engine off ,works just fine now thanks

I'm having the same problem now with my MDX 2014 . What I'm going to try and I suggest you try it to. Make sure all your connection are correct especially the HEAVY GAUGE RELAY SATELLITE wires in the avital 5303 . Because I just found out that the H/1 (purple)and H/2 (green) plus the BLACK/ white wire at the idatalink (starter +input) suppose to connect together.
Then go back to the install guide idatalink pages 25 and 26 to reprogram your remote.Follow page 26 first than 25
