Hi..my car is a Perodua Alza in Malaysia which is Toyota Passo Sette in Japan..The seat belt warning would chime when it reach the speed of 20km/h. Is it possible to cut the wire and transfer it to door lock signal so that when it reach the speed of 20km/h it would trigger the door lock. Right now the car doesnt auto lock.Thanks.

I'd suggest not to do it.
Very few people try to enter vehicles traveling faster than 20kmh.
And the recommendation used to be to travel with doors unlocked in case of an accident. (Just lock them when slow or stopped. In fact the system should be to unlock when above 20kmh and lock when slower than 20kmh.)

What i mean is cut the wire from the seat belt harness and relocate it to the door lock wire which i suppose the wire is a speed signal wire which could trigger the door to lock at certain speed..

It won't have enough current to even trigger a relay so it won't do the locks.

It doesn't work that way, the seat belt harness wire is an input to the computer that handles the chime and light for not wearing a seat belt. No kind of signal is put out to the seat belt harness.
