What R/S system are you using?  Please list your R/S ignition wire connections to the MDX.

I am using a prostart remote starter. The starter starts with the keys in the ignition but will not remote start without the key ignition. It will start then stop/stall as if the bypass did not program. The evoall works for the door lock/unlock.

Double check your wire connection from the EVO-ALL Light Blue/Black wire to the MDX transponder plug

Light Green wire at Pin 3 ( Connection 8 diagram ).  It should be well soldered and insulated.  If that looks
good, go through the Program 1 programming procedure again.

What H/W and F/W versions are marked on the EVO-ALL?

Soldering is fun!

Yes, the Light Green Data wire is for the transponder portion of the bypass module.  Think I would follow the diagram and connect the EVO-ALL's Yellow wire to the transponder plug's Brown Ignition wire.
