OK, let's go to basics:-
Is your alarm controlled by buttons on the factory key or is there a separate remote control fob?
If separate is there an FCC number on the back or a name.
PS Have you confirmed that there's a factory alarm on board?
With apologies to Kreg.

Then you first contact a Chrysler dealer and see what they say.
One doesn't mess with factory alarms without a circuit diagram.
If there's a factory LED you might be able to parallel wire others into the circuit but you'd need to know the supply voltages, usually around 2.5VDC.
Frankly not a job I'd bother with on a modern car.

You could buy and install one of those two wire pseudo alarm blinking LED's or strobe strips off EBay for $5.

Easy install and it would start blinking whenever the key was in the OFF position, regardless of the Factory Alarm being set or not.

Soldering is fun!

Wire the red to a constant 12V+ the black to ignition.
