I have Honda,2009 CRV.The hornet model 563T installed with hornet key fob (rpn 474T 2(66) codes,4 buttons, center one yellow and one on top of that say's AUX,if this helps). I also have auto start by pressing 2 buttons. How do I get the car to beep when I lock or unlock. We some how keep on turning off that feature.

Contact Hornet.com go to support and download the owner's manual that will show you, you've either placed the unit in valet mode (LED on constantly) or engaged silent arm/disarm.

If your able to haphazardly turn off the chirp, my guess is the unit is in valet mode. As howie indicated, it doesn't make noise in valet mode. The only other method of killing the beep without actively reprogramming the units settings would be silent arm/disarm which requires pressing more than one button during arm or disarm - not necessarily something one does without knowing or accidentally.
