Can i use the horn (-) output with a relay to use a siren instead?horn output to siren -- posted image.

Yes but place a 14004 diode across 85 and 86, band to 86 as a relay squelch, otherwise relay on shutdown will check 200 volts down your horn trigger wire, if transistor or chip driven you've fried it!

While that circuit is functional, I am of the opinion what you seek won't work.
Horn outputs are pulsing outputs, siren outputs on the other hand are constant. So while connecting the siren to the horn output will generate sound it won't function in the manner you would expect.
What unit do you have that needs a siren but doesn't have an output for one?

I see you have found the relay section on this site. There is a diagram for Pulsed to steady, that in conjunction with the one you posted will give you a more suitable siren output.

Thanks for all the reply, but i can change the horn option in programing to siren 20ms... Can i not? Its a viper 4105v...it just dont have a wire for siren and i dont like horn.

That's not the one, you want the opposite - momentary to constant. Is there a purpose or reason for this exercise?
