Can you post the wiring layout for this Viper unit. I can't find a PDF file for it.
Unless someone out there has it to post or upload.

Your Rav4 has two starters and two Ignitions which need to be addressed as well as one accessory.
Research this site for other info on RAV4 installs.
Below are a couple of sites for wiring guides:
http://www.bulldogsecurity.com/bdnew/vehiclewiringdiagrams.aspx
http://www.commandocaralarms.com/wiringsearch.asp
These listings are "GUIDES" and may not reflect what your Rav4 has. You will still need to use a DMM to test and verify each wire for its function prior to making your connections.
You will also need to address the immobilizer system of your Rav4.
Do you have a bypass? Fortin Key-Override All, DB-ALL or ??
Take time to research to see what fits your needs. DB-All needs to be flashed for your vehicle. Idatalink ads-alca is another source.
I take it this is first time you are trying to install a remote starter. It is not a couple of hour job. Plan on a long weekend.
Might want to look at some Youtube video on remote starters.
To get you started:
Heavy Gauge Harness:
H/1 Purple to Starter 1,(Yellow+)
H/3, Red; H/5, Red; H/7 RED / White; and (from main harness) H1/2 Red, to 12volt, (Blue+)
H/4 Orange to Accessory, (Red+)
H/6 Pink to Ignition 1, (White+)
Starter 2 is listed as White also, MUST make sure you know which is which by testing with DMM.
H/7 Pink/White to Ignition 2,(Pink+)
Purple wire from Relay satellite 4 Pin connector to Pin 85 of a 30/40amp relay; Pin 87 and 86 to 12volts, pin 30 to Starter 2 (White+)
https://www.the12volt.com/relays/relays.asp
Blue wire from Relay satellite 4 Pin connector to your bypass module status wire.
H1/5 Black to chassis ground. H3/1 BLACK/ white to ground IF automatic trans.
H3/2 to Tach signal
H3/3 to Brake, (Blue+)
H3/4 to hood pin supplied with your remote starter kit. Important Safety Feature
Take your time. Test, Verify, Connect. One wire at a time. Good luck
