If you are talking about the Dustcap, (The convex piece in the center of the speaker) there should be no problems.

nooo the spider .... like someone put something heavy in it but nooooo problems it pounds like crazy

unless the spider is ripped or torn from the glue that holds it to the frame then dont worry about it, especially if it works fine...
