I am installing a Crimestopper RS3-G4 with a Fortin EVO-ALL w2w in a 2014 equinox 6cyl flip key...i am
unsure about the positive connection from the remote start,In the fortin diagram it shows the positive lead from the remote starter connecting to the yell/blue from the EVO-ALL then connecting to a 2amp wire at the ignition connector RS2.does a 2amp connection seem correct to anyone ?

Yup. Equinox is a low current system. Most GMs now are low current.
I'm unsure about 12v constant amperage.
But I know the ignition is fused at 2amps.
