hello all, i bought a used 1999 jeep grand cherokee a few months ago and it had remote start built into it already. it was working fine up until last week. today i tried to fix myself and i think i made it worse. the remote is a dei ezsdei474p with a yellow star button in the middle that used to start the truck. the lock unlock worked perfect but the car wouldnt remote start. i tried a few things, i check that the switch was on by the kick panel, and it was. i think i reprogrammed the middle button by pressing the black button by the kick panel and then pressed the start button, now i think all the buttons are messed up. What is the proper way to check and reprogram all the buttons, i think thats all that is wrong as the start was working up until last week. i looked underneath and it said rattler 555u on the box. thanks in advance....

555U is the bypass module (where you'll most likely find a spare key for the Jeep inside).
The main module for the remote starter will have many more connectors and wires.
