Tip start? Push to start? And it should only have a stand alone solution from directed or idatalink which should come pre flashed and with mostly t harnesses.

X 2 with tonanzith, Anti theft will only work through their databus systems.
In other words you can't hardwire it.
You need a specialised R/S module from Firstech etc.
I've recently learned how to immobilise them though.
Look for either a RED / violet or WHITE/ red wire going to an ignition switch plug.
In the first case this will cut power to ignition, in the second place will disable the internal ignition solenoid thus the key can't be turned.
Applies to "magic key" vehicles, not PTS.
Tried and tested on late E class (2013/14 yr.) European spec vehicles.
