avital 4301 not working

I had a viper 550 esp alarm and i uninstalled it and hooked up the 4103. every thing i needed is connected except the satalite relay ( read some where i didnt need this) and nothing is working, no sound when i hit the door locks or the remote start but when you hit the valet switch the light on the alarm does come on. i trtied to do the remote programing and started the key hit the button once let go hit again and pressed the lock key let go turned off key and didnt work also the horn didnt sound
any ideas?

ok hooked up on the 3 pin blue and greenshich are lock unlock
6 pin hooked up all wires high current 12v, output to second ignition,high current 12v, accessory circuit,starter circit, and primary ignition circuit
on satellite harness nothing hooked up
on remote start 5 pin hooked up neutral safety switch ,tachometer input, brake shutdown,
did i miss something? should this come already programed? if not how do i program it?

also on the 9 pin i hookied up horn and groun d and light flash output, which are brown, black and white

Trying to follow what you have done but it's hard to read could you do something like this

Ok did you meter everything before you connected your wiring ? I've never done this particular truck but according to my diagrams some of your wires may be wrong but the diagrams could also be wrong. The BLACK/ white on the 5 pin harness needs to see ground for the truck to start.
