Hi all im new to this forum and ill try to be as thorough as possible.. i am no pro at installing these but i have done a few... anyways
I recently bought an autopage RS730 for my 2004 f350 diesel 6.0...
I soldered all the wires to the ignition harness and all wires test true accordingly at the plug using the key.
Soldered all wires for parking lights and door locks but no door trigger. Parking lights work accordingly to remote trigger. the door locks worked at first although they seemed to trigger for too long? Now they dont trigger at all.
Siren works fine. Led works fine.
Soldered the brake switch wire and tach wire
I did the programming with the valet switch and remote for the timed start delay (glow plugs) and also programmed the tach learning and it accepted it.
So thats everything I wired cause im assuming thats all I need?
Now when I press the start button on the remote I get no action at all. Only a engine stop response from the remote. I test lighted the wires at the ignition plug using the remote and there is nothing anywhere.
This is a basic model truck no keyless no alarm no bells or whistles. The dome light has never worked (blown bulb?) But the door trigger works cause the radio shuts off when I open the door.
I am stumped. Bringing it to a shop is not financially possible.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Here is a Pictorial on that model truck ( but non-diesel )  :  https://www.the12volt.com/installbay/forum_posts.asp?tid=133810

If your truck did not come with Factory Remote Keyless Entry, then you should wire the locks in the "5-wire" method.  You

can't directly connect the RS730's lock output wires to the truck.  The easiest way is to obtain a DEI 451M door lock module.
They go for about $9.  Follow the Type C wiring diagram.

Unfortunately, I am not familiar with the RS730 so I can't help too much there.

Soldering is fun!

Thanks for the quick reply kreg. I understand ill need the new module. Strange that it worked a few times before though.
As far as the remote start portion of the install, any idea what im missing? Any way to test the unit or triple check my wiring? I get no action at all when pressing the start button. No power on, no crank, nothing. Just the message "engine stop" let me know if you need more specific info from me
Paypal $ if u can help me fix this :)

I followed the wiring described here
https://www.the12volt.com/installbay/forum_postsm.asp?tid=33714
There are several harnesses:
Door locks
led
Valet
antenna
siren+parking lights
ignition wires
then theres this one with about 20 pins.. I took the brake switch and tach wire from there ans used those 2 I honestly dont know and didnt think I needed any others.
Ill try to find a neutral wire to connect to. (Its automatic)
As for the wait to start I programmed it into the rs to delay 10seconds as ive heard that the wts light wire doesnt work.
Maybe ill take a picture of the directions I have tomorrow to narrow this down
