Spent the past day trying to get the door locks figured out for my compustar alarm install.
Cut the wires above the glove box in the passenger side kick panel area. Door switch works fine, but once I initiate my ground I am blowing the fuse. I am grounding to the chassis when I do this to replicate my alarm ground, do I need to use another ground for my test? Or is my circuit incorrect.
Using two DPDT relays

Power Lock      pink / YELLOW            driver kick, door harness
Notes: Without keyless entry the door locks are 5wi (reverse polarity). With keyless entry they are positive trigger.
Power Unlock      pink/lt. green            driver kick, door harness
Notes: Without keyless entry the door locks are 5wi (reverse polarity). With keyless entry they are positive trigger.
Does the car have factory keyless entry ?

Those are the wires I used. No factory keyles . Hence my wiring scheme.

This is how 5 wire locks are typically interfaced. Using 2 Bosch style relays

On your relays I would wire it like this
Pin 1 to 12v
Pin 4 to actuator side
Pin 6 to switch side
Pin 8 to 12v
Pin 16 to gnd from remote system
