I have installed the 5706V and can get the Lexus to crank however will not start unless the key is in the ignition. What am I missing? I know from past experiance this means the xk01 did not read the key. How can i reset the xk01 and get it to program the key? Thanks

Bad news for you.  The XK01 w/TOYDL is a convenience only module.  It does not handle the transponder.

Soldering is fun!

The XK01 can only do the doors.  No one makes a combo solution for that vehicle.  You will need another bypass module for the transponder.  The PKALL or an XK05 with PKTI firmware will handle the transponder.

Here is a link to the PKALL install guide :  http://www.xpresskit.com/DocumentDownload.aspx?documentid=6219&productid=196&firmwareid=1636

You need to tie the factory alarm rearm wire from the 5706 to the drivers door pin of the Truck
.The individual door trigger wires are in the BECU, middle plug. The LF door is RED / yellow in pin 23.
The Body ECU is part of the fuse box under the driver side dash. The three plugs on the right side edge of the fuse box are for the Body ECU.
