I have a 1999 c2500 I added a autopage alarm and 2 2 wire door actuators. I used 2 relays. The setup only has enough power to open one side. If I disconnect a actuato then the either side will work depending on which on I disconnect. I tried a new ground I tried running a thicker 12v source and I still have problems. Should I wire 4 relays or what is recommended for setup. From alarm I have 1 blue 1 green wire

Not so much the wire size as actuator positioning.
16 ga. wire should be more than adequate with a 15 amp fuse.
Make sure the actuators pull the rods freely with no friction or snagging.

The actuators pull nice. I have to test them one at a time. Just when I have both connected they dont pop all the way to open and lock door

You probably just need to adjust the connection to the rod in the door. Measure the travel distance the original rod moves and make sure the actuator moves the same. When the rod in the door is at it's travel limit, make sure the actuator is as well. Make sure all your connections are good as well.
