I recently had a licensed dealer install a Python 5706p on my 2010 f150 platinum with navigation.  Before he installed he said that it would be no problem using the auxillary on the remote starter to turn on the driver heated seat.  The remote start is completely installed  and working great, but we still lack the heated seat option.  The dealer said that he has had a lot of trouble getting the info he needs from directed electronics, and is now thinking they are unable to fulfill my request.

I know that it can be done, and it has been done.  Im asking if someone could give us step by step instructions on how to make this happen.  (They did mention that the "module" was not in the same place as an f150 without navigation?) Please be very informative and clear cut because I will have to take this to the installer.  Thank you for your time.

Above wires are at the HVAC unit. Pull the radio and its right there.
requires latched signal

use status 2 output, use bit writer and program for defrost auto turn on below 55Degrees. aux works as well
This feature should cost you 100 alone, as it's labour intensive.

Thanks for the prompt reply, I will get this info to them and see if we can get it done. Something else happened after the install...
I noticed that the fm radio is not as clear as it used to be. Installer said probably loose antenna connection. So I took the dash apart and radio out this afternoon and everything is hooked up. Wiggling the antenna connection never improved the problem. It will tune to stations, but you hear static in the background.
Do you have any ideas? Is there interference from Python module? How can it be resolved?
Thanks
