I have a 2015 Mazda 3 with the smartkey. I was originally using the FLCAN bypass module but locked it out trying to program it too much. Anyways, I bought a new module and fixed what I thought were some wiring issues. If someone could double check my work that'd be great.
I've done the hardwired mode. Here is the guide for the bypass module: http://cdncontent2.idatalink.com/corporate/Content/Manuals/DL-MA3/ADS-AL(DL)-MA3-EN_20141113.pdf
Here is the pinout for the avital 4103 and how I have it wired:
Not Connected - H1/1 LIGHT GREEN/ BLACK - FACTORY ALARM DISARM
NC - H1/2 GREEN / WHITE FACTORY REARM
NC - H1/3 YELLOW (+) IGNITION OUT (TO ALARM)
NC - H1/4 WHITE/ BLUE (-) ACTIVATION INPUT
NC - H1/5 ORANGE (-) GROUND WHEN LOCKED
NC - H1/6 BROWN (-) HORN OUTPUT
NC - H1/7 RED / WHITE (-) TRUNK RELEASE OUTPUT
Pin 13 on car - H1/8 BLACK GROUND
Parking lights on car - H1/9 WHITE (+/-) LIGHT FLASH
➢ 4-pin satellite harness diagram
Bypass GWR (blue/white) - 1 BLUE STATUS OUTPUT
NC - 2 ORANGE (-) ACCESSORY OUTPUT
NC - 3 PURPLE (-) STARTER OUTPUT
NC - 4 PINK (-) STARTER OUTPUT
➢ Heavy gauge relay wiring diagram
Bypass ignition input & car pin 10 - 1 PINK (+) (30 AMP) OUTPUT TO IGNITION CIRCUIT
Car pin 23 - 2 PURPLE (+) (30 AMP) OUTPUT TO STARTER CIRCUIT
Car pin 2&14 - 3 ORANGE (+) (30 AMP) OUTPUT TO ACCESSORY CIRCUIT
Car Pin 12 - 4 RED (+) (30A) HIGH CURRENT 12 INPUT
NC - 5 PINK/WHITE (+) PROGRAMMABLE OUTPUT FOR ACCESSORY OR IGNITION
Car Pin 12 - 6 RED (+) (30A) HIGH CURRENT 12V
➢ Door lock harness, 3-pin connector
Bypass unlock (blue/black) - 1 BLUE (-) UNLOCK OUTPUT
2 EMPTY NOT USED
Bypass )GREEN/ black) - 3 GREEN (-) LOCK OUTPUT
➢ Remote start harness (H2) wiring diagram
Bypass e-brake out (green) - H2/1 BLACK/ WHITE (-) NEUTRAL SAFETY SWITCH INPUT
Bypass tach-in (PURPLE / white) - H2/2 VIOLET/WHITE TACHOMETER INPUT WIRE
bypass brake status out (orange) - H2/3 BROWN (+) BRAKE SWITCH SHUTDOWN WIRE
Car; to kill switch - H2/4 GRAY (-) HOOD PINSWITCH SHUTDOWN WIRE
NC - H2/5 BLUE/WHITE (-) 200mA 2ND STATUS/REAR DEFOGGER OUTPUT
That covers all of the wires from the bypass module except:
NC - purple / YELLOW - ground with OEM alarm (don't have alarm)
NC - WHITE/ black - oem hood pin side (no oem alarm/hood pin)
NC - White - BCM side (no oem alarm or hood pin)
NC - Yellow/black - door status output (optional)
NC - yellow/red (trunk status output (optional)
NC - gray/red hood status input (no oem alarm or hoodpin)
I programmed the bypass as according to the instructions and it worked just fine. However the only thing that will work is the lock/unlock from the avital (and oem) remote.
Thanks for the help.

Correction - it's the avital 4103 remote start only.

Well in case anyone runs into this issue in the future here was the problem:
➢ Remote start harness (H2) wiring diagram
Bypass e-brake out (green) - H2/1 BLACK/ WHITE (-) NEUTRAL SAFETY SWITCH INPUT
The H2/1 BLACK/ White from the avital needed to go to ground instead of to the green from the bypass.
