*1 Remove the radio, without unplugging it, to access the

*2 Lock requires a negative trigger, and unlock requires a
negative trigger door lock system through a 1,500 ohm resistor.
Must use relays. Must close doors to lock with a single pulse.
*3 Requires a high current ground. Use a relay.
*4 The lt. GREEN/ black is located in the drivers kick and
catches only the drivers door. The lt. blue is located in
the harness coming from the drivers running board going under
the drivers seat and it catches all other doors. Use both door
trigger wires and diode isolate each. On the 2 door the lt.blue
is in the passenger kick.
*5 The ECM is located under the left side of
the dash to the left of the column.

i am doing a remote start on a 01' Pontiac Grand Am SE using the crimestopper rs900 model. I never worked on a GM that has the Passlock II. Im not quite sure what i need to do to disable this during a remote start attempt?
I did not start this yet. the crimestopper does have a wire that says it should be hooked up to the oem disarm wire. Is this all i will need or do i need to buy another device to disable that?and if so does this wire just get connected to the tan wire the diagram shows as disarm defeat?
