I am wanting to install a pioneer AVIC-N1 All-in-one unit in my 2003 Saab 9-3 Linear. Can anyone point me to where I can get detailed instructions on doing an install of this unit in my car? or detailed instructions on changing the regular CD-player in this car? Also don't know if aftermarket harnesses are available for my car. If so please point to where.
I bought the 12volt CD off of E-bay but it doesn't have anything in it. Or atleast I don't know where to find all the information.
Any help is greatly apprieciated! Thanks!

From what I know there is no aftermarket kit or harness for this car. The factory radio also controls the turn signal sounds and the onstar if equipped. The car uses the most system which is fiber optic. The main radio display is just that a display. Pulling it out won't really help you as there are no speaker wires at the back of it. You have to pull the A/C control panel to locate the EHU module. If you have the 7 speaker system, there is also an amp under the drivers seat which you will need to get to for the other speaker wires. Not sure on speaker wire colors but they should be twisted pairs at the amps.
