I am considering a Viper 791xv.  Can anyone that has done an install on a 6 give me an idea how many relays I should have available?

Thanks!  Is there a standard practice for determining if I will need a relay?

Isn't the Astroflex similar to the Compustar?  I have thought about going with one of their systems by the reliability, particularly of the remotes, scares me.

The astroflex is bulletproof, built, designed, and tested in O Canada......where its cold as hell. Way up north by the St. Lawrence river.

The transmitters are water proof (the 6 and 5 button one way units) I have seen one that went thru a snow blower and still works. It was beat to hell and worked ,......

All astroflex does is remote start, or remote start with security. No stand alone alarms. They offer 7 models. They are VERY focused, not spreading themselves THIN
