This diagram says 2003 is it the same as 2004? Has anyone done a remote start on any of these?

I've already read the thread saying you can't do a remote start on this car. But the Dei diagram looks fairly simple. Whats the deal?

i just pulled up the 04' from audiovox tech and it seems to be the same as the 03'. as for it not being able to be done...anything is possible, just depends on how much of a pain in the ass its going to be. here is the info for the parking light interface if you dont already have it. let me know how it turns out if you wind up doing it, i am very interested to find out for myself!!!!

Ok for all you guys paying attention. We wasted a day trying to install a prototype alarm that didn't work correctly. But other than that the install was fairly straight forward. However we are stuck trying to bypass the transponder system. With the key in the ignition everything works fine. We've used all the different bypass modules we could get our hands on and still noth'in. Did the wire around the key also. Plz help!
My will to make this car submit to my bidding is unmeasurable!

What bypass did you use for the immobilizer ? ( Which ones ? ) Did you get the dei 555b or the factory bmw key ring antenna ?
