I have a 93' Jeep Grand Cherokee with a factory alarm.  My car's alarm constantly goes off.  Whenever I put the key in the door to unlock it, it goes off.  It is more of a burden than help.  Every time I go somewhere I have to lock the doors and then unlock the hatch because the alarm will go off if at least one door is not unlocked.  I really just need to know how to disable the alarm all together so I can a least lock my car doors.  Any help would be great even if it is another site where I may get a diagram of th wiring.

Thanks

Seabass

There is a purple / YELLOW   wire in the driver kick, black plug that you can permanently ground and it will disable the OEM alarm system as long  as it is grounded.
