Has anyone figured out how to create your own .apn files that is used by the Alpine IVA-D310 for the background pictures? I'd want to create my own but can't come up with anything. Thanks!

i didnt know u can change the background picture? can u? Question 2. Can you have video going while playing music from another cd?

Yoc can change the background using the canned pictures for the I-Personalize site. I don't know about another cd (via changer?) but I did have video from a DVD and audio from my ipod. TOM |

i personalize site is? really u had video playing and showing while listening to music from an ipod.. tell me more. (if there is more to tell)

i just bought hmmm Pac TR 7 .. pac's website doesnt even show a website so hopefully i wasnt scammed.. hmm could u use a PS2 instead of an ipod?

| I would really like to know how to make my own apn files as well. Theres a fair few you can get from alpines site but it'd be nice if we could create our own. I've looked all over but I can't seem to find much about the .apn format |

i dont have adobe shop or any good shhh like that anymore.. have u tried just making your image and change the extention to .apn? i wonder if that would work.. probably not but. hey. lol tell me what u find out. i want my own background too.

I don't have a d310 i have the d300 however I wished my unit changed wallpapers 
you would think for something you payed alot of money for it would at least let you customize it a little bit more.
Dump the d310 and get yourself p4 small form factor and build yourself a carpc and customize it how you want it with free gps etc.. way better then any of this crap thats out heck my alpine is still in there but my car pc is being put in, should be done by next week doing everything myself.
