Ok, i am pretty new to this i admit.

But what i am looking for is i plan on getting a kicker solo x 18". My guestion is what would be the best amp to fit this. I also have a guestion about electrical upgrading and how i would do that. Because i know for sure with this hooked up i woudent even be able to start the car.

Any help would be apprecaited thanks.

2 mtx T92001 amps strapped together for an rms power of 6000 watts and 2 1/0 guage cables.

and on heck of an alternator.  yes you will be able to start your car. just dont play it with the car off.

p.s. why do you want this set up?  this is spl territory. not everyday use. well you can but why??

Your going to need about a 400 amp alternator set up if you plan to run that set up properly, most likely 2 alternators. So you may have to loose your air conditioning to be able to run everything all fine and dandy, no if's and's or butts about it.

After you get the alternator out of the way, I'd recomend 4 Kx2500.1s, strap them in pairs, and then wire the amps parallel to the sub
