OK, I've installed several of these mirrors but have always had the harness or just wired the mirror without one. Well, I want to swap out the oem autodimming mirror from my 06 Escape LTD and switch in the gentex 16 pin Compass/Temp Mirror. Where can I buy one, or should I just modify the ford connector to serve the purpose? FYI, the vehicle will have factory warranty for another 30,000 miles that's why I want to watch my p's and q's. Thanks for any help you can provide!

Call Waldoch Crafts 651-464-3215 and ask for the custom center. Tell them you need the harnes kit w/ temp sensor, that will give you everything you need to wire your mirror in. Don't worry about the factory warrenty with this either. I put these in for dealers all the time...
