Ok guys let us go back a while. Does anyone remember this EQ? I had it left over from an old install and gave to a friend of mine who is doing his first system. There are two blue/white wires coming out of the back of the eq and if I remember right one attaches to the remote of the head unit and the other connect to remote going to amps. What I can't remember is if it matters which one goes where. I tried researching this online and on the fourms here and could not find anything. If you can help please let me know.

Thanks,

Rick Lowe

I don't think it matters on that unit. If it mattered they would not be the same color, one of them would have a stripe on it.

I don't think it matters either.  If my wiring was easy to get to, I'd pull mine out to double check.  Mine's still kicking after 14+ years of use.  I think the sub level slider is starting to go(slowly) and either needs to be cleaned or replaced.  Other than that, works like a champ.
