hi i recently have a remote start installed an 2007 ford fusion and the remote starter works great but this car has digital heat and ac the thing is when the car start with the remote start the heat won't work even if he start the car with the key won't work either unless you turn it on manually so anyone knows what i should do to try to help him or it its normal ? cause the guy always has to go to the car in the morning to turn the heat on manually ,thanks

Holy run on sentence. Might want to use some punctuation there...
Two possible fixes:
1) Follow TSB 09-20-1
Replace EATC Module to:
8E5Z-19980-A     EATC Climate Control Module - Less Heated Seats
8E5Z-19980-B     EATC Climate Control Module - With Heated Seats
2) Wire a relay to trigger the dash switch, use a pulse after start depending on your unit.
