Sorry, I guess I didn't quite understand what you were asking me. I was reading your e-mail after a round of golf and just gave a quick response. So.... I basically took the recommendations they made from their site. I bought the amp mounting board, the sub-woofer enclosure and recommended 10-in subwoofer from Image Dynamics as they are a re-seller and advocate of their speakers. I bought the amplifiers they recommended too. I am in California and they are out of Texas so communication has all been on-line. So No, they have not heard it. The box is a sealed type and well constructed. Fits perfectly behind the rear seats. Everything was pre-researched and tried and tested so.... why not right? Its possible that their is nothing wrong with what I have to do what I would like it to do. I just have to spend some money (which is probably negligible compared to what I have spent so far) and have a "reputable" car audio shop take a look at it. I love the feed back from everyone. It's like someone is finally listening to me. Alpine has been absolutely no help either.
Didn't mean to offend you earlier, My bad.

In the case of "Tacotunes" they are "recommending" the things they sell because the equipment will physically fit in the truck. No more, no less. Sadly, this does not mean that it is engineered to sound good, great, "kick-ass" or what ever. It simply means that their "stuff" will fit in the cab. No doubt they take great pride in selling "stuff" that fits, but is not necessarily functional. Please do yourself a solid and visit a professional to get you a "kick-ass" system.
