I have done some research on smd led park bulbs.I see that most european cars uses can bus, which also then needs can bus park bulbs, and a non can bus car can use normal led park bulbs.I want to know is there any damage that can ocur to the vehicle if you put normal led parks into a can bus vehicle except for the warning light to come on on the dashboard.

My understanding is the can bus LEDs merely include a resistor to imitate the load of normal bulbs thereby making current sensors think the bulbs are fine tho they usually won't sense if a LED has failed. Hence they can be used in any vehicle with lamp sensor alerts.
Of course that defeats the purpose of using LEDs for power saving reasons - ie, they'd be used for color or lighting reasons or by those that expect (but might not get) longer lamp life.
Using unballasted LEDs - as in no parallel resistance; not dc-dc converter ballasts etc - should not cause any damage other than irritation. I don't know of any modern system that immobilise vehicles because of light outages tho such designs would not surprise me....
However LED substitution may breach local vehicle regulations - especially if they defeat OEM sensing systems.
My preference is to modify the sensing circuitry to maintain its original functionality. That's what I do for flasher cans when substituting LED flashers but compatible modifiable flasher cans are easy to obtain; vehicle lamp sensing systems are more involved and vehicle specific.
