I need wiring diagram for the drivers door. when I open the door windows and door locks stop working.(closed it all works fine) looks like I have a bad wire need to find out which wire to pull apart or replace.

I do not believe you will need a diagram. Pull the door boot and you will notice a broken black wire more than likely. While you're at it pull the passenger front door boot and check it. Those Grand Cherokees are notorious for the black ground wire breaking over time and keeping the dome light on, power windows quit working, doorlocks malfunctioning and so on. It's between the door and the jamb. I have repaired a few of these already and I'm sure I'll see more of them.
