How important is the fact that the DLRs are on anyway?
If you're going off road whether or not they are on doesn't matter.

The headlight switch is multiplex data, not sure on the high/low dimmer. Haven't found on schematics yet.
DRL's are mandatory in Canada if I recall. Need to determine if when switched to high beam if the PWM is still present. If not, then a circuit to detect the presence (or absense) of the PWM is needed. Otherwise, the circuit would have to sense the change in duty cycle.

Dr's need to function as the truck will truck will be driven on road as well as off road. From what I can tell pwm is present during drl portion only seems to be straight 12v when switched to high beam.

OK figured out a way to make this happen thought thought I would share.
Can't tap Into high beam wire due to the pwm issue so came up with this circuit. Tap to the low beam circuit bring it to pin 8th a relay pin 86 to ground pin 8th 12th power and pin 30 to pin 87 of 2nd relay. Pin 85 of 2nd relay comes from a tap into the marker light pin 86 to ground and pin 30 to driving lights. This way if low beams are on no current flows and if the marker lights are not on then must be on drl so no current flows. 1 extra relay but works great.
