Installing avital 3100 in 97 CRV only to come across able to lock with key fob unable to unlock, if ground wire will unlock, can hear module click when fob pressed but no response, also unable to find gray Molex connector in l kick panel for door triggers, and will diodes need to be installed?

Meter or test light* the Avital unlock wire, make sure there's an output.
GREEN/ red doors, blue/black hatch, driver floor loom or at factory alarm module driver kick panel where you might also find better lock unlock wires. Not at door entry plugs.
Best way to test, use an incandescent bulb test light such as Snap-On or Mac, locks, clip to ground, probe to suspect wire, triggers, clip to 12V+ constant, probes to wires will light up when doors are opened.
Diode together to the 3100 green wire, 1N4004 diodes, bands away from 3100.
Use the 3100 blue wire as a hood switch.
*Clip to 12V+ constant probe to unlock output.

So wires all can be found at green alarm connector? Don't have to find gray Molex? Door trigger wires, where can I find rear glass Ajar wire, driver door and other doors all can be tied in together ,for trigger?

I've already explained:-
GREEN/ red doors, blue/black hatch, driver floor loom or at factory alarm module driver kick panel where you might also find better lock unlock wires.
Diode together to the 3100 green wire, 1N4004 diodes, bands away from 3100.
