I am putting a Dball2 in my car and have a Pass-4 Omega that I would like to use instead of a key wrap. The problem is figuring out how to hook up the blue wire. Anyone happen to have experience or an idea?
12V = Just hook to 12V, no big deal
Keysense = don't think I need
blue wire is negative ignition. Well that is not an option on the Dball2. there is only a positive ignition
Thanks
Thom

Not as a stand alone exactly. Will be adding a Code Alarm CA4054.
Blue Connect
BROWN / red = take to ground?
Yellow/red = blue
wires 10/11 on blue connector?
Thanks so much for your help!!!

correct. however if you are using a remote start unit, the unit has a status or ground when running output. connect the blue neg ignition to the remote start instead.

If I connect the blue neg ignition to the remote starter then do I not use Yellow/Red or BROWN / Red on the dball?
Does the Pass-4 just use BROWN / red and yellow/red to switch a ground and power the Pass-4?
Thanks again Ted, I really appreciate it.

the dball yellow/red and BROWN / red will not be used. just connect the pass-4 directly to the remote start unit.
the dball can control the pass-4 as well, but isn't necessary. Yes, the dball simply provides a ground.

Hello,
I finished my install today. Thought I got it working but. When I remote start it. It start, runs for a second and then dies. Screen say Immobilizer Active. Is the key in the box, Omega Pass-4 the problem or maybe the dball2? Don't really know where to start.
Thanks in advance.

Change the key in box for a 555U and follow the instructions for European cars by ignoring the loop.
Done loads of VW/Audi/BMW using that method.

Not tach Ted, immobiliser bypass not working, you can also do the key wrap with this car, at least according to Xpresskit instructions for the DB-ALL.
