Anyone know the trick to getting one of the POS's to remote start? Wired up according to xpresskit type 1a install and I can only get it to start if i start it with a key, turn it back off, and immediately press the remote start button. If I don't start it with a key first it turns on dash lights and that's it. Does not do anything different having key near or in cylinder. I install dball modules on multiplex gm vehicles often, never had any issues till this one. Vehicle is an automatic so i don't have the clutch wires connected, no ebrake, no tach, and no rap off. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Also this car is wierd, when testing the ACC wire, it turns on the dash lights and chime that normally come on along with ign.1. when i power up ign.1 it seems to just prime the fuel pump or something. Seems backwards from any other gm I've ever installed in.
