I have a 2005 grand Cherokee, I want to permanatly bypass the chipped key and use regular keys. Vehicle has remote start with idatalink bypass... Is there any problem grounding the ground when remote start wire to constantly send the signal?

There would be a problem. With the bypass constantly on youd come out to a flat battery.

You could wire in a normally open momentary button to switch the ground during start up.
Better hope that bypass never fails

Wire it to your brake light switch. Just step on the brake to start your car.
